Transforming a once weedy acre in Littleton into a family oasis, this landscape balances recreation with ecological restoration. The design features a generous lawn, perfect for volleyball, connected by a winding path of reclaimed stone that leads into a lush vegetable garden. For relaxation, a sunken spa and firepit offer a private, wind-sheltered retreat.

The centerpiece of the remodel is a dynamic water feature: a large waterfall and meandering stream that flows into a reflecting pond and a shallow wading area for children. The back half of the property has been revitalized into a flourishing prairie meadow, a collaborative effort between the homeowners and local horticultural expert Skyler Smith.
