This gorgeous transformation in the Denver Highlands was designed for a nature lover and plant enthusiast. A newly poured concrete retaining wall reduced the slope on the hill, along with moss boulders. The concrete walls have a wood grain texture and were tinted a warm tone that brings out the wood texture and complements the home’s warm brick. Native and adapted plants provide a riot of color all season. Some of the varieties include: Hummingbird Carpet, Angelina Sedum, Dwarf Russian Sage, Soapwort, White Coneflower, Agastache and Fuchsia Iceplant.
