We reduced the grass in the tree lawn by 50% to cut down on water use and maintenance.On the south side tree lawn, we used exclusively drought & heat tolerant plants like Manzanita Panchito, Yucca, Hyssop and Ornamental Grasses.The installation was done by Big Dreams Landscape Services, a local Denver company.
